A man is believed to have been shot on a farm, on the N4, between Witbank and Bronkhorstspruit. It is alleged that the man was driving on the N4 when one of his car's tyres got a puncture. The thirty two-year-old man then went to a nearby farm to look for assistance.
The man was allegedly shot at on the farm and sustained a gunshot wound to his left arm. He then ran back to his car where the police and ambulance were called.
The patient was transported in a stable condition to Witbank Provincial Hospital for further medical care.
Police are investigating the incident.
