5 Dead and 39 Injured in Three Seperate Incidents within 24-Hours.



ER24 paramedics attended to three major crashes that occurred within 24-hours of each other in Cape Town, resulting in the death of five people and another thirty-nine being injured.




The first incident happened on Strand Road in Kuilsriver where a minibus taxi rear ended another minibus taxi. Eighteen patients were transported to nearby hospitals for the further treatment of minor to moderate injuries.




A few hours later a taxi rolled at the intersection of Constantia Road and Bower Road in Constantia. Two people died and twelve others were injured in the incident.




The third incident was bakkie that went off the road and down an embankment into trees, on Old Tygervalley Road, in Durbanville. Three people died and nine others sustained minor to moderate injuries.
