Competency Profile (Education, experience, skills & behaviour):
• Senior certificate/ Call centre certificate with a minimum of 2 years call taking
• Team leader experience preferably six months of which should have been at a supervisory level
• Intermediate Life Support qualification an advantage
• Willing to work public holidays, weekends and night shifts.
• Well developed interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to function well under pressure.
• Leadership skills and ability to operate in a team.

FLIGHT DESK COORDINATOR

CASE MANAGER

• Previous experience as a Case Manager would be advantageous
