A construction worker needed to be airlifted to hospital after falling from scaffolding at a residential complex near Somerset West.The twenty eight-year-old man fell approximately four metres from the scaffolding to the ground below. He sustained multiple fractures and was in a serious but stable condition.
The ER24-Discovery Medicopter airlifted the patient to Vergelegen Medi-Clinic for further medical care.
