Competency Profile (Education, experience, skills & behaviour):

• Degree or 3 year Marketing diploma (preferably IMM)
• 5 years marketing and Public relations
• Code EB drivers license and ability to travel
• Prior knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Computer literacy : MS office on an advanced level
• Managerial competency set i.e. decision making, problem solving and coaching etc
• Ability to demonstrate innovation, creativity, assertiveness, emotional intelligence and professionalism
