• Minimum qualification ILS
• Minimum 2 years operations experience
• Registration with HPCSA
• Committed Team Player and Good Communicator
Key Deliverables:
• Capturing of claims
• Verifications and querying of claims
• Verification of medical aid members
• Clinically assess PRF’s from service providers in accordance with ER24 Guidelines
• Handle queries from service providers and Contracted Medical Aids
• Provide monthly reports on all claims
