An 18yr old boy is in a serious condition after been stabbed numours times this afternoon. ER24 were called by local police to New Grey Town road where the patient was found. The patient who was found seated on the side of the road in a pool of blood, had sustained multiple stab wounds to his body.
ER24 paramedics had to cover the wounds to help prevent any further blood loss and he required intravenous fluid therapy to help replace some of the lost blood. The patient was transported to Northdale Hospital in a serious but stable condition for further medical treatment.
It is unclear why the young man was stabbed but it is alleged that a fight broke out between the patient and unknown female at the time of the incident. The patient did not want say what the fight was about and would not give any reason why he was stabbed.
