BLS INSTRUCTOR – RANDFONTEIN MINE AREA

(6 month contract)

Competency Profile (Education, experience, skills & behaviour):

·         Minimum Basic Life Support qualification

·         Minimum 2 years operational experience

·         Fanagalo is an advantage

·         Code B drivers license and PDP (G,P) compulsory

·         Registration with HPCSA

·         Instructor qualification or experience will be advantageous

·         Fire department background is advantageous

Key Deliverables:

·         Maintain clinical and equipment standards in relation to the training facility

·         Manage and liaise relationships with external stakeholders pertaining to training and development.

·         Prepare and present training programs as required

·         Travel to location to conduct training

·         Effective and efficient utilization and supervision of human and financial resources within set budget

·         Liaise and develop courses within area of coverage

·         Liaise and cement relations with contracted clients

·         Salary: R9000 CTC
