Competency Profile (Education, experience, skills & behaviour):

• You should have a minimum 1 year EMS call centre experience plus First Aid Level 3

• Customer Service Skills

• Relevant computer proficiency

• Proficiency in English

• Communication and listening skills

Key Deliverable:

• Call taking.

• Assess and prioritize calls accordingly.

• Data capture and analysis.

• Patient and client call backs.

• Follow up on primary calls

Package:

• Job grade: B3

• Salary: R8000 – R8800 CTC (depending on years of experience and level of qualification)

EMERGENCY DISPATCHER

Competency Profile (Education, experience, skills & behaviour):

• Qualified dispatcher with at least 2 years experience in dispatching emergency resources.

• Experience in Radio Communication

• Minimum 1 year call taking experience

• Topographical knowledge of Southern Africa

• Relevant computer proficiency (MS office)

• Operational experience would be an advantage

• Communication skills (written and verbal)

• Interpersonal relationship skills

• Analytical skills

• Technical skills

• Ability to manage resources appropriately

Package:

• Job grade: B4

• Salary: R9100 – R10300 CTC (depending on years of experience and level of qualification)

INTER HOSPITAL TRANSFER AGENT

Competency Profile (Education, experience, skills & behaviour):

• Registration as a BAA with HPCSA

• 2 years Call Centre experience specific to Call Taking 

• Good communication and listening skills

• Relevant computer proficiency 

• Proficiency in English 

• Topographical knowledge of South Africa

• Customer services skills

• Good clinical knowledge 

• Good Time Management

• Case Management Skills

Key Deliverable:

• To ensure a smooth and efficient IHT process for customers

• Maintain service levels with all clients

• Facilitate IHT’s with all relevant role players

• Provide dispatchers with accurate information regarding equipment required for the transfer.

Package:

• Job grade: B3

• Salary:  R 9000 – 9600 CTC (depending on years of experience and level of qualification)
